First,qualitative analysis \u00a0of affinity diagram technique was used to the 36 experts\u2019 brain storming and obtaining their \u00a0consensus to group behaviour indicators based on life skills components and to generate scale items. Then all of each item is implemented to form the scale that can be used to collect data through quantitative method among 1,305 high school students around Thailand.
